appointments | please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to receive your full services if you are running late, please call to alert us & we'll do everything we can to accommodate you we require a master card or visa credit card to reserve appointments for all clients. regrettably, we do not accept american express. |
cancellations | we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise, however we do request 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. regrettably, without such notice we must charge the credit card given at the time of initial booking for the full cost of the service. this policy applies for all visits to joi salon. |
